The Senior Health Insurance Benefits Assistance program is available to help answer your questions about Medicare. SHIBA is a federally funded program available to help Oregon’s more than 600,000 Medicare beneficiaries and has counselors available statewide at 1-800-722-4134 to provide free, unbiased one-on-one assistance. Local SHIBA counselors are available throughout Lincoln County to meet with you and answer your questions. You can make an appointment with a SHIBA counselor by calling RSVP at 541-574-2684.
