The Durable Medical Equipment (DME) program provides durable medical goods to low-income seniors and people with disabilities. The goal of this program is to prevent seniors and the disabled from falling in their own homes. Ultimately, we want to keep seniors living independently in their own homes for as long as possible.
Last year, the DME program provided 35 durable medical goods to people throughout Lincoln County. No falls have been reported.
This program would not be possible withouth the support and contributions made by the Siletz Tribal Charitable Contribution Fund.
